Please note:

  • As with any other credit card purchase, Paypal automatically charged your credit card or debited your checking account when you make this purchase.
  • We do not stock merchandise except for the occasional show sample or prototype garment. When available, these items are sold [and ready for immediate shipment] through our Artfire Studio. All other merchandise is knit to order, for delivery during the current delivery time frame.

Custom knitting takes time and we appreciate your patience as we receive many orders [single and multiple item orders] on a daily basis. Your wizard wear will be custom-made to your personal specifications. Please review our turn-around-time policy for complete details. Deliveries are made on a monthly basis but many orders are placed as long as one year in advance.

If, after placing an order, you feel that you cannot wait the full turn around time for your sweater, scarf, or assorted items, please contact Hobbie's House using using our Contact Form or submitting a ticket to the Support Desk. You can use the grey button found along the left edge of this page.

Initiating a chargeback through PayPal is a lengthy, month-long, totally unnecessary process which could be completely eliminated if you simply send an email requesting a refund.

We hope you will request a full refund of your purchase before we draft your personal pattern and order the materials needed to complete your order.

Please note that ALL payments [credit card or PayPal account] made through PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.

We are literally unable to refund any monies to your actual bank account as we never see any details of your financial information. The entire payment transaction process is handled by PayPal.

Important: To ensure our messages are delivered properly to your inbox, please add our email address to your Address Book/Safe List and our domain name to your "trusted sites".

Please verify the spelling of the email address you use to contact us. You can always use the Contact Us form found on the "FAQ" page.

We do not carry any inventory available for immediate shipment so please take a few minutes to review important Turn Around Time details for your custom made order

At the top of each page on our site, listed in a drop down menu titled "Policies", you can also review various policies related to sales, returns, terms of use, privacy and disclaimers.

Please note that we cannot contact you unless our domain email has been white-listed in your email software.

Once an order has been placed, with or without custom specifications, we do not generally contact the customer unless their personal specifications are missing critical information. 

However, if a customer needs to contact us, it is as easy as filling out the Contact Form and remembering to whitelist our domain so they can receive a response.
