We also record the incoming IP address for all email communication submitted through our site "Contact Us" forms. It is important for www.wizardknits.com to have a level of assurance that all these submissions are bona fide. Therefore, we detect and include the I.P. address (along with its accompanying country) of every user in this Notification.

What organizations are collecting the information? PayPal collects all financial information for any purchases made through the www.wizardknits.com shopping cart. We use Personally Identifiable Information to match production orders against customer name, shipping address and product selection to fulfill buying requests on the Site. We only email customers to inform them of any major production delays affecting their specific order or to provide requested information and order updates. Major announcements and new product releases are communicated through our blog titled "Wizard Wear Yarns" or posted on various pages throughout our Site.

With whom may the information may be shared? Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Customers has no other purpose than to identify them as our customers. www.wizardknits.com is not associated with any other agencies or third party vendors.

Our only "mailing list" is comprised of our paying customers. This list automatically generated the moment a customer submits an order through our Store shopping cart. We do not contact customers unless we are responding to an inquiry or informing said customer about potential delays or other problems associated with their order.

We also offer the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving information or being contacted by us although we highly recommend that our domain be whitelisted due to the many built-in spam filters. This prevents even our paying customers from receiving pertinent information regarding their orders.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored? Personally Identifiable Information collected by www.wizardknits.com is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of www.wizardknits.com except for use as indicated above.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information? Visitors and Authorized Customers do not need to opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us. We do not send unsolicited information.

Our ONLY list consists of paying customers and is automatically generated by our Store. This allows us to verify orders. Customers automatically receive 2 email notifications [at the time of purchase] which provide them with valuable and pertinent information regarding turn around time, shipping, refunds etc. Customers and visitors alike are free to contact us at any time regarding their order or product inquiries. How does www.wizardknits.com use login information? www.wizardknits.com does not require a login.

What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site? www.wizardknits.com has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of affiliate/associate vendors.
