How to Contact Us...If you have any questions, whether they are related to sizing, measurements or simply general questions about our wizard wear, please feel free to write. Customer Service is just an email away! We also value your feedback regarding our products. Share your testimonials by creating your own web page on our website for any potential customers to view. We check the post at regular intervals during each business day and respond promptly. However.... We cannot respond at all unless you verify the spelling of the email you use when filling out the form. Any response to your inquiry will immediately bounce back as "User Unknown". Check the spelling and make sure you are using a current email address. Dateline 11/26/2007: Emma in Australia...Please check your email address and contact us again. Our responses bounced back instantly with the following error message attached - "User Unkown". We use the "Reply" function in our email system so the email is being sent to the exact email address provided in the Contact Us form. The customer becomes frustrated because a response is not forthcoming yet they are unaware that we attempted to contact them several times. Without the correct email address, it is literally impossible for us to respond. These days, every Internet Service Provider has a built-in spam filter which effectively, and automatically blocks any email from email addresses which are not "approved". If the email you provided is spelled accurately, some of Hobbie's responses to various customer questions may be dumped in your spam folder or, worse yet, automatically deleted. Spam is the underlying reason why you are unable to contact us! You can read all about it at the bottom of this page. Please note that the best way to contact us is by submitted your question through the "Contact Us" form found below, verifying the spelling of your email address before hitting the "Submit" button.
Can't contact us? Spam is a bigger and bigger problem nowadays. Recently Ralph Wilson, Paul Myers, and other Net marketing gurus have written about the problems that spam is causing honest, hard working Net marketers. Actually, while spam is the fundamental root of many of Hobbie's email "problems", the anti-spam measures that large ISPs and important free e-mail hosts (like Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail)undertake are what hurts legitimate Net marketers. Much like tuna nets catch dolphins by mistake, their spam filters catch us. So our SpamCheck Tool is a quick way for honest marketers and Internet surfers to make sure that their e-mails are less likely to be considered spam by ISPs, by Yahoo! Mail and Hotmail (which tosses you into their Junk folders) and even by individual filters set up by an ever-growing number of recipients around the world. ----- Here's how it works... STEP 1: Copy-and-paste your subject, but start your subject with the word "TEST" (without the quotes, in UPPER CASE) so that we know this is a test e-mail. You will receive a full, free report of all corrections that you should make to your mail, in order to stay out of the junk folders. It does NOT, of course, actually comment on WHAT you write -- first, it's not that smart. And second, the actual content is YOUR business! ;-)
