Please note the email you decide to use to contact us. Use a current email address - one that you check on a daily basis. Customers often wonder why we did not respond to their email inquiries only to discover that they used an "old" email address they rarely check. Using a consistent email address also helps us maintain a conversation thread for reference purposes.
Nearly every Internet Service Provider now features a built-in spam filter which effectively, and automatically blocks any email from email addresses which are not white-listed or "approved". Case in point - AOL, Yahoo, and other "free" email services.
We continue to receive emails from a specific AOL address regarding an unanswered inquiry - we answered on the very day the email was received [January 15]- check your junk, spam and trash folders and add our domain to your list of accepted contacts.
Our responses to your inquiries may vanish into a spam folder or, worse yet, be instantly deleted.
Due to the volume of email we receive on a daily basis, the use of a contact form ensures that we receive valid recognized emails rather than spam.
It has delivered the post like clockwork since 2002. However....if you do not have our domain already white-listed in your email program, you may never receive our responses.
