Your Order Number is required. The second form is for general questions regarding out knitwear. Your questions are important to us and we will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Our "Frequently Asked Questions" Page contains a lot of information which may answer certain general questions. Don't forget to check the Knitting Notebook where you can find answers to questions on a variety of topics, including sizing and measurements. For all general questions about Hobbie's wizard wear, please feel free to write using the second form below or to post a question on any topic related page in the Notebook. Your questions [and our answers] may help other visitors. We check incoming email at regular intervals during each business day and respond promptly. Prior to filling out the form below, please white-list our domain or add it to the "safe list" in your email client so you can receive responses to your questions. You would be amazed at the number of emails we send in response to an inquiry only to have it bounce back instantly. Please note the email you decide to use to contact us. Use a current email address - one that you check on a daily basis. Customers often wonder why we did not respond to their email inquiries only to discover that they used an "old" email address they rarely check. Using a consistent email address also helps us maintain a conversation thread for reference purposes.
Nearly every Internet Service Provider now features a built-in spam filter which effectively, and automatically blocks any email from email addresses which are not white-listed or "approved". Case in point - AOL, Yahoo, and other "free" email services. Our responses to your inquiries may vanish into a spam folder or, worse yet, be instantly deleted. Due to the volume of email we receive on a daily basis, the use of a contact form ensures that we receive valid emails rather than spam. It has delivered the post like clockwork for years now. However....if you do not have our domain already white-listed in your email program, you will never receive our responses.
