Hobbie's public working calendar...
Customers can now check Hobbie's House production schedule for the status of their order.
This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information about our production schedule and an order status. Every customer receives a confirmation email of their order. Orders are identified by:
Please note that your order will not appear on the calendar until it is literally "In Progress".
The calendar does not necessarily display In Progress orders in a strictconsecutive number sequence because orders come in from a variety of sources, with a variety of identifications.
Currently, delivery is on a monthly schedule. As the orders come in, we fill the production slots, allowing for the minimum turn around time. Once those slots are booked, we advance the delivery date for any new orders to the following month.
Unless delivery is requested for a specific date [as requested by RENT® theater productions for their lead character], outstanding orders are completed in sequence. Although we cannot specify a day on which the order will be received, delivery is scheduled for the month specified as the current delivery date.
There are times when we opt to work on and complete newer, small orders to make the most efficient use of our materials or the production schedule. This does not affect the overall delivery schedule.

Orders appear on the working calendar according to the labels described below.
The "In Progress" label indicates that the order has been started and is currently in either the pattern drafting stage, the knitting stage or final assembly stage.
Please note that the majority of our orders are for multiple items and certain orders represent 4 to 8 or more individual items.
As a result, the production slots fill up very quickly.
Under these circumstances, the "In Progress" status label remains in place until the entire order is completed.
Two or more consecutive orders, submitted by a single customer, within minutes of each other or a couple days apart, and destined for the same shipping address, will be viewed as a single, multiple item order.
In fact, the only result is that the customer pays two separate shipping charges! These separate orders will be also be labeled "In Progress" until all items are ready to ship.
"Shipped" orders [for continental U.S. destinations] can be tracked using theDelivery Confirmation number provided in the email automatically generated by the Post Office on the day your order ships.
We do not label the order as "shipped" on this calendar until the order is packaged, and a label printed. This process automatically assigns a Delivery Confirmation number, and forwards a notification email to the addressee.
It may take up to one (1) business day for your tracking information to be posted on the Post Office website. For additional details, please review ourShipping policies. We also track the package from its original shipping location to "delivery" at its designated shipping address.
International orders do not receive automatic notification emails from the US Post Office. International customers receive an email specifying the Customs Declaration number associated with their package.
"On Hold" is assigned to any order [old or new] to indicate that we cannot proceed with the order as submitted until we receive an email verification from the customer. We hope that posting the order status on our calendar will prompt the customer to respond so that the order can be completed correctly and in a timely manner.
"Refunded" is applied to any order which has been fully refunded - for a variety of reasons - either at the customer's request or by our office. The order is automatically considered Canceled.
